Cracker Canvases and All Natural Jello

Two lifesaving recipes on a rainy day or when your little one needs a little extra encouragement to eat a healthy treat. I especially love the jello recipe as you can use just about any fruit juice as the liquid. This past fall, for example, we used apple cider and added fresh apple slices (boiled and cooled beforehand to keep them soft since he was still getting used to solid food at the time). We’ve also used grape juice with blueberries added and pear juice with fruit medleys.
